Today we will be looking at a Japanese drama called “My Boss, My Hero.” This drama is about a 27-year-old high school dropout/gang member named Makio. Makio strives to succeed his father and become the next boss leader of the gang. However, Makio is not very bright. Thus, his father forces him to pose as a 17-year-old and go back to high school in order to gain a proper education and obtain his high school diploma. Only then would Makio be able to succeed his father, and become boss of the gang.
The following video is the first scene from the first episode of the Japanese drama “My Boss, My Hero.” Makio is negotiating a deal with a Hong Kong based gang but screws it up because of his stupidity. I would like to apologize in advance for the poor quality of the video. There used to be a YouTube video of this scene but it has since been removed due to terms of use violation. However, I hope you still get a laugh (or at least a chuckle/smile) from the video
